One of the tools I've used in the past (not necessarily to lose weight, but to become more aware about what I was eating everyday) is the mypyramid meal planner http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/planner/launchPage.aspx<br />It breaks everything down pretty well and I find it is more inclusive compared to other sites. I am totally with you on not being sure of ...Jen, <br /><br />I am totally with you on not being sure of whether or not to go to your HS reunion. Mine was scheduled for last Thanksgiving and fortunately I didn't have to make the decision bec I was here in Chicago with my family ( iwent to school in MD).<br /><br />I am the same way with keeping in touch with the people I want to keep in touch with. I'm not really dying to find out what everyone is up to! :P<br /><br />I think goals of reducing stress and losing weight for health reasons are great ones. I am feeling good about my phsycial health but I have to say some personal things are causing me undue stress (not separating enough time at home from work, too much advice from the in-laws, self doubt).
